Hey all, the cat is pretty much out the bag and I figure to go ahead and document my build progress here. I picked up this 2nd gen LTD last November and have been slowly acquiring parts for it for my LT build. I had the front components powder coated to "T-Demand" orange to match my VIP Lexus build (LS430). Since we have IRS it's a bit more tricky and will have to figure out the rear while I build my fronts up.

I have nearly everything for the front suspension:
    Camburg LT kit
    Extended axles
    King shocks

Right when I wanted to throw everything on, I had a change of heart and now want to go Total Chaos LT. The brand new King setup I have won't work perfectly with the TC setup so I'm forced to sell all as a whole lol. So if anyone is looking to go LT for their Tundra or Sequoia, shoot me a DM.

The Sequndra conversion took a lot of research and has costed a lot more than I thought, but it came out great thanks to the guys at SEA Works Collision in Rancho Cordova, CA. I purchased all OEM Toyota parts for this conversion. The only thing that's not OEM was the hood scoop, and I saved about $400 purchasing the rep off eBay which had the same exact fit. There were a few trial and error parts that we ended up not using. The fiberglass fenders from Advanced Fiberglass look great, but needed a ton of work to fit. The fitment isn't 100% but it is probably as good as it'll get with fiberglass and aftermarket Alpharex headlights. The C4 hybrid bumper was powder coated as well and has been solid.

Here's some pics of the progress:

Well, this could get interesting. Do you plan to take this to the desert or just building as a DD?

Still trying to figure out what to do with the rears. Also depends how crazy (or how expensive) I want to go lol. But yes I'll be working with King to tune for desert runs!

The Tundra front looks 1000% better for sure. People have pointed out on other conversions that the wheel arches don't match, but I feel it doesn't stand out as much on a black rig. Here's a before photo before the facelift:

I see you like your headlights! What is that set in your last picture? Do they work well?

Those were Alpharex headlights and yes they are a good improvement over stock, plus they don't look as dated as the cloudy stock ones!

Nice project! The rear suspension on these has potential, but you need to cut into the body to really take advantage. If interested, I have a photo of some fun stuff that I was working on a decade + back, the project was parted and sold off before completion.

Sort of, I was building an IRS Tundra using the Sequoia goodies. This is the only pic I seem to have, but it’s easy to see what was happening…
