looking here for ideas and instruction...
I recently purchased an Army Green 2021 Limited with the TRD package. Swapped out the grill for the TRD pro grill and followed all the instructions from various sources. Not an issue other then I don't have any idea how it works or what it actually does. my 2007 Tundra had nothing like it...... so although no warning light or any malfunction alert I just am looking for some information on what it does and how it works.... is there a way to test it? I'm looking through other posts and google but thought maybe someone here might know better.

    Thanks in advance!!

Just use your cruise control. If your truck slows down behind traffic and stays a certain distance away from the vehicle in front of you, you are good to go!

It’s a pre collision radar sensor. It also serves as a radar for the adaptive cruise control. To test it….Don’t press the brakes when approaching an object and see what happens….I wouldn’t advise this.

Maybe you should read the manual.

HA.... any idea how close it needs to be to do something? or is it a function of speed too? I'll test it a bit later today and report back.. Thanks!
