    After owning my 2008 Crewmax for 11 years and 183,000 miles it was time to trade the old girl in for something new. Old truck got literally zero mods except a toneau cover. Here they are side by side at the dealership the day I picked it up. It was hard to leave it there but the new truck was love at first sight. I'm going to post all adds and mods, no matter how big or small just for ideas for others who go Cav Blue.

    Next mod was the best 80 bucks I've spent in a long damn time. Front window tint to match the back.

    The issues I had were with the catalytic converters going bad. I think a couple of them had to be replaced. Other than that she was a honey. At 165,000 we took her on a 6,000 mile two week family trip out west and never thought twice about it. Up Pike's Peak and the Rockies fully loaded, down into Arizona and 110 degree heat. No issues. Damn I loved that truck!

    Man I would have kept her just to do mods to and take to the trials. Sounds like it's going to keep.going strong for the next owner.

    That's a heck of a deal and yes they do. I had a guy offer me 20 one day not long ago as my truck sits now. I have alot done to it but some people all they want is a dependable truck.

    Great color! Reminds me of my old F-150 that was a similar color. Sometimes I miss that truck (mostly because it was paid off), but traded it in on my first Tundra in 2012 :cool:

    Saw several of the guys who had replaced existing interior lights with LED so off to the SuperbrightLED.com website I went. Very nice upgrade IMO that is cheap and easy. I love getting big impact for not much $$$ so DIY or mods like this one are top of my list. Now I'm looking at those dang cargo lights and thinking they are next...

    I am now wishing I would have held out for this color. I didn't like it at first, but then I saw it in-person and it really grew on me.
