The answer to that is a little murky right now.... some of the bigger suspension companies are still working on their lift kits for the AVS/rear air...and those with just rear air. As of right now there are a few options out there... but none of the ones I have see get you up 4 inches.

Here are some of the few options available:

    1. Westcott lift (specific to AVS/air) works
    2. Front levels - pucks with an open top for the AVS sensors (RC 1.75, etc) works
    3. Kits specific to AVS (Readylift sst lift kit for AVS air-ride)

The biggest issue is the rear... currently people are using spacers and adjusting the rear air control arm using aftermarket AFE arms that give you a bit more lift. Again - im not sure if any of these will get you as high as you want to go but its what we ave available at the moment. Ive talked to Icon and Cornfed and they are still in development unfortunately. Let me know how the search goes. Cheers-
