I got tired of the Fender Flares and rocks either scratching or chipping the paint. I decided functionality over look. I purchased (4) ABS Black sheets 0.090 in x 12 in x 96 in. Attached are pictures through out the placement, cutting, heating and drilling.

Screw placement using clay but the inner trimming has to be conducted first so the sheets sit flat because of the OEM fender lining bulge.

I had to get used to the look at first. After positive responses driving around town it became easy to accept. Some people asked where or if it is the Husky flares. The husky flares were my first choice but they were to short in length so now my Truck has a wider stance with the protection. Black paint scratches just looking at it, so I had nothing to loss. Why not build it and then if I wanted it off then I just remove the 52 screws. and attach the mud flaps.

You have to hit me up quick as the truck leaves for overseas assignment. Easiest and cheapest is to trace the set I have on paper and send it your way. Then when you buy the ABS sheet you can just trace cut and drill. Easy peasy! o_O

I know for a fact he's on Fuel Nutz (D251's ) 20x12", but don't know what offset. See post #13 in the following link.

A lot more aggressive than mine that's for sure

I'll be honest, when I read the title I was a little scare to open this thread in fear of this. 0c87f3100309f9784add5587614f2457_3f3b9fcef795e3541a7cf55c2908f64c67a68d52.jpg
Pleasantly surprised by the turn out of them. Looks good man!

Nice work Joe. Does it make any noise from the wind at highway speeds?

Thanks and I have not noticed any noice. I tried to make it as aero dynamic as possible to allow the wind to flow through.

Looks great. Awesome workmanship. Now you need wheels with a larger offset.
LOL, J/K. That will put you back where you were before.

I thought they looked a lot like the JK fender flares.

Nice work on being creative and thinking outside the box. That is all I have to say about that. (Forrest Gump voice)
