    I just received the below product and when replacing/installing I noticed the metal and plastic washers for bolts that go into the bed next to the tail lights were not consistent on either side It seems the previous owner messed with them and didn't re-install properly as if you tighten one side it doesn't pivot freely as the opposite side does. Can someone please post a photo for my reference? Thank you!
