After passing on the last truck, I wanted to get everybody’s opinion on the latest truck I found. Here are the details:

    2007 Limited 4x4 TRD
    240k miles
    1 owner
    Tons of Toyota service
    Zero rust

I can get it for $15,500 out the door. Thoughts?

No idea but it makes me think back to my 20's when you couldn't give away a motor with more than 100k and now that's barely run in.

A little high on miles for me, but as long as it's a 5.7 I'd say jump on it. I'll assume the interior and exterior are in good condition?

I’d try to up your budget $5-6k to get a truck with half as many miles.

4.6 and 5.7 both have timing chains (exact same engine with different strokes). The 4.7 had a timing belt.

    BTW, I don't think the 4.6 was available for the 2007, just the 4.0 V-6, 4.7 V-8 and 5.7 V-8.
