Second fob questions

Took delivery of my truck in mid Feb 2024.

1. Should I expect to have my second fob by now?

2. How do I get one when it is available? Is it shipped to me? Do I pick it up at the dealer I bought it from, or nearest local dealer (those are two different shops)?

3. How do I check status? Who do I call?

 

Still waiting on mine too (Built Feb. 24, purchased March.) They will notify you via Toyota app, possibly by mail as well once it's ready. You can also call Toyota customer service and they can give you a current ETA. By default, you would pick it up at the dealer you purchased from. Toyota customer service can also make note of what dealer you want to pick the second fob up from once it becomes available if you don't want to go to the purchasing dealer.

 

I purchased November of 2023 and got my fob in July of 2024.
