is there anyway to turn off the seat belt warning in a 3rd gen tundra / when you turn the truck off and the lights are on is there way to turn that buzzer off too? I know if you lock it it will turn off but just thought I would ask

According to profile, your Tundra is a 2012, wouldn't that be a 2nd gen or is this another year asking about. I'll stand corrected but pretty sure one would have to use either Carista or Techstream as I would assume it would not be an item dealer would change.

Also, posting 2nd gen forums, might get quicker responses, until thread is possibly moved.

    RE: seatbelt chime.

get the seat belt extender from the dealer, they're free due to "safety". They're available in 8", 10", and 12" lengths if I remember correctly. Tell them it's needed for a car seat, or very fat uncle.

My dealer did charge me a $4.95 shipping fee, but it's a cleaner look than the "cut credit card" option. I think I got the 12", but it really doesn't matter.

The dealer will require a VIN.

    unsure about light buzzer.
