Wondering if anyone else here is running SDHQ A-Pillar light mounts on their 22+ Tundra? Going to be installing them with Baja Designs Ditch Lights later next week.

My question is whether I should be concerned at all about my hood shifting/mis-aligning as part of the installation? I specifically chose SDHQ because their bracket DOESN'T attach to the hood, instead mounts to the hood hinge and frame connection. To me, that should eliminate any "play" in the hood since I believe the hood is aligned at the hood hinge/hood point.

    Can anyone confirm my assumption?

Has anyone installed SDHQ's A-Pillar mounts on their 2022+ Tundra?

Any comments, feedback or "words of wisdom"?
