My last tundra was a 2017. It had 6112s and 295s. Obviously didn’t have to worry about tss. Well I’ve ordered a 2021 and I plan to lift it as well and go either 285s or 295s. Can someone break it down for me the dos and don’ts of lifting a tundra with tss? Essentially just make sure I have the rear higher???

Just don’t get a bumper or anything that will cover the sensor. I have a lift and no issues. I think some that had issues said they didn’t have any rake.

    More than a few.....
I think you can go to the dealer and ask them to remove it and reflash the software if you plan on heavily modding your truck. They have a waiver or form you fill out and they remove it. They also put a sticker on your car saying it was removed voluntarily or something.

Some have issues after leveling or lifting their trucks. I have had no issues with my tss system after installing my leveling kit with 295s. Truck is perfectly leveled with zero rake. If you do have issues after installing your lift you can just have the system recalibrated but you may not have any issues.

    Awesome thanks guys.

Probably going to go with a Fox setup up 2/1. Not looking to get too much lift.

You’ll be fine, should have no issues at all. I put on a 3/1 level and had no issues. The only problem I had was with a front camera I mounted in my grille sometimes causes TSS errors.
