So I ordered a scangauge 3 from Amazon and it wouldn’t connect. I ordered a 2nd unit and same thing. I called Scanguage and they said they were going to send me a unit with an older chip in it. THAT WORKED!

So if you’re thinking about getting one perhaps you will get lucky with what you’re sent but if you want to avoid the hassle I would call scanguage directly and mention what truck your connecting it to.
