Ok so put in the RC 1.75 leveling kit and added 34 inch tires. My left lane sensing has not been what it was before the adjustments to height.

I noticed from the TRD lift install it mentions a readjustment found in the Toyota safety manual. Anyone have instructions how to adjust the safety sense?

I took my Tacoma to the dealer after installing King 2.5's and 33" tires. They were happy to do it and it cost me nothing. I hear some dealers won't do it so check around.

The procedure is pretty much dealer only, as far as I know. It requires a "target" that kinda looks like a simple QR code for the camera to see and then the recalibration is done through Toyota Techstream.

Here's an older vid about recalibrating on a lifted Taco, but the content is still pretty accurate. They talk about the recalibration procedure at a high level. Safety Sense Recalibration - Lifted Tacoma

On a side note: I've been running 2" spacers for 6+ months waiting on my suspension lift to arrive. I haven't noticed any issues with the lane sensing, front radar for adaptive cruise, or my BSM mirrors. They all still function as they did stock. I'm surprised you've run into issues with yours.
