The RWD to 4WD, with both diffs lockable, finally has happened and 50% done as of today. Here is the link if you guys want to see how the progress is going. I am waiting on my front diff to be regeared to 4.56 and added an ARB locker by ECGS. It should be delivered in two weeks. I can not wait, but the excitement is more satisfying than the end results.

Just wondering if you have any updates as to how it's going also sources for your parts would be great too so I'm looking to start this project myself

I have been driving it for three weeks now. So it is only in 2hi and 2low because I don’t have the front diff yet. There is no issue at all, no warning light, no check engine light, nothing. It drives as good as before the conversion. As of today (2/19/24) I am still waiting for the front diff to be regeared and added an arb locker from ECGS. It should be here by next week or so. All major parts were bought locally and some from eBay. Tranny A750f is much cheaper from eBay but the transfer case is more $ from eBay.
I will post part 2 when the front diff is here and when I have time to do the install

Nate04, your rig is a 2004. It will take a different tranny and is not the same as 2005-2007. I don’t know if the A750F tranny fits. I can only speak for 2005 to 2007 Sequoia and don’t know much about 2001-2004. Also I don’t believe that the Fj cruiser transfercase will mount directly onto a 2004 tranny. Sorry.
