I was told by my mechanic that my tundra might not pass PA STATE inspection this JULY because of frame rust, I called the dealer and corpoate in Texas and all they could help me with were recalls, which there were none, I have read a few threads of toyota owners who say they have a letter with a 10 year warranty on their frame? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED, my truck has 128,000 miles on it.

Welcome from LA (Lower Alabama)! Sorry to hear about your rust issues. Have you owned the truck since new? Have you applied rust preventative or protectant? If so, maybe you can have a discussion with that company as well.

I think the frame recall was only for early 1st gen. If yours did have some sort of 10 year warranty, you are 5 years past that. How bad is it? There are shops that do frame repair. Maybe give a call to your insurance.
