I have been told by a toyota dealer it needs 13 thousand dollars in harnesses. But, the code PO705 continuously comes up, and i have been told the NSS Safety switch. I am baffled and have no idea.

What were the other trouble codes you listed in your Facebook post? I thought I saw 4 ignition coil codes and 1 fuel pump circuit code.

    What year is the truck?

Fuel Pump Primary Circuit (PO230), Igntion Coil A,C,D,H. As well as transmission range sensor circuit. From what people on facebook are saying, and more research. I am leaning towards the NSS Safety switch replacement being the answer.

When you turn the key on does the P for park light up on the dash? As you shift to R, N, D, S does the indicator on the dash gauges move and light up properly? The indication light for P R N D dash is tied directly to the inputs on the ECM. If this is working properly and smoothly the ECM should be clearly seeing what gear you are in.

Really need to identify if shifting gears really is the “trigger” for it running bad OR is it running bad because in D or R you are actually putting a load on the engine and it’s staving for fuel. Hence the fuel pump trouble code.

Oddly enough my transmission range sensor quit working about a week ago. I got in the truck and no longer has PRND indicator working. Truck threw the same trouble code you have.

I post this to point out it still runs and drives fine however. I have put 30-40 miles on it with no gear indicator. Plan on removing and testing the switch this weekend but the point is a bad range switch will not cause the truck to run bad alone.

You have fuel pump ecu or pump problems most likely.
