    Very near Mt. Rainier
    Vehicle:
    2010 Dbl 5.7 145k bought it 7/21 for 18k
Color mismatched LEER canopy, cheap running boards, LED reverse lights so nobody can stand behind and direct me
Well I'm in a pinch. We are moving, NOW, and I need to shuttle loads up the highway 75 miles each way, multiple loads. 2010 5.7 with 160k. Rats chewed up the 4wd ecm and I have been driving with the CEL, flashing 4 lo, and the traction light on for 1,000 miles.
I can't shift into 4 lo but 4 hi seems to work fine. In a moment of clarity I decided to check to see if I had "acquired" other codes that I wouldn't have noticed and sure enough I seem to have two bad knock sensors. I am almost positive it is the rats again. What kind of slippery slope am i on if i can't replace the wiring and or sensors (I did order them all) for another 2-400 miles? For sure i only get 10mpg now. What else. It has started to snow. I don't have an indoor shop. Am i going to kill my truck? Thanks

Personally, I would not run the truck like that. Too much risk in screwing it up, having a failure, being stranded on the road with a fully loaded truck. Then you will have a problem.

I would get a rental truck for your immediate moving needs and fix the Tundra right when you have time, after your move.
