2007 red tundra sr5

Hi guys my tundra 5.7 says running lean and when i took it to get checked it said it was the maf sensor and i bought a new one bit didnt fix the problem. I need help. I currently have longtube headers with custom true 3in exhaust cat delete with xpipes and magnaflow muffler, bullydog tune all performance settings with premium fuel, coldair intake(heatwraped if that matters), and a ported tb
