    Hey

my crew max is really starting rough when it’s 20 or below. It sounds like a belt is slipping for a second or so. Any thoughts?

    thanks

    Up to date maintenance
    - Pulley bearings (fan, tensioner, idler, water pump) going bad.
    - Serpentine belt slippage due to cold/age.
    - AC compressor or PS unit bearings going out.

Maybe its you screaming when you grab the cold steering wheel??!!

Is your truck a flex fuel? If so you may want to lookup hard start issue on flex fuels. The alcohol density gets too high and causes starting issue on the first start of the day.

No it's not a flex fuel. I'm taking it to get the serpentine belt replaced tomorrow. we will see what that does. thanks
