    Good morning everyone!

I got the RC roll up in yesterday (got refunded for the Toyota cover so just bought a way cheaper one), and it is pretty tight clamping down by the tailgate. It does not feel like it is going to break when I latch it down, but it is for sure tighter than any video I have seen of people installing it. I have the tension block set to 4 correctly as I double checked that. Is this nothing to worry about and it will loosen a bit over time? Thanks!

I have same observation - set tension bars to least amount of tension and still very tight. I need to really pull down hard to close it…

Like you, just hoping the material will loosen over time.

I was struggling to get my cover to sit correctly on one side. It appeared ready to pop open even when the tension was at the lightest setting. Found a video where a guy laid out his cover with full tension applied, centered it, then added the clamps to the bed. Bit cumbersome crawling around the bed with the cover on but that did the trick. Finally a good, tight fit and doesn’t appear the clamp is going to open driving down the road.
