can anyone help me identify this rocker panel switch.?
bought my 2017 tundra used. it came with the shown rocker panel installed, but no fuse box/relay. it ends in the engine bay with the shown cable. i'd like to connect it to some lights, but can't figure out what relay it hooks in to.
will this plug into an SPOD?

You don't need it to hook up directly to any particular relay, relays all have the same basic function no matter who makes them. They are switches operated by a control voltage, the control voltage is operated by your panel rocker switches, that's it. The rocker switches aren't rated for high loads and to avoid putting huge clunky wires and rocker switches in your console, we run them through a contactor/relay. How many wires are in stabbed into the back of that connector, I can't quite see them all

I looked there's up, looks like they run a low voltage cat6 cable in between their switch panel and relay, which makes it kind of a proprietary system. They sell a universal model that looks like it just switches line voltage, let me look into it a little more.

found this picture on another forum. it looks like the harness input will be a direct plug in for my connector.
    thanks!

Nice, its hard to tell which models have the connector like your and which have the ethernet connector style, they cover half the board in their pictures. Looks like the universal model I linked has the connector you need, others do not.

Also, just because they fit does not mean they're wired the same. That 8 pin modex connector is very common, nothing a multimeter can't ring out though. Good luck
