Does anyone know of a fabricator/shop in BC/AB/SK that manufactures or sells actual rock sliders for the tundra? Jason at Cruisin offroad, use to but he finally shut down shop and went back to working for others or another career path. Shame as he made some seriously nice kit, that blew the doors of most of the other manufactures and they were high end, I have his rear bumper and sliders on my tacoma and I love them.

Greatly appreciate any advice or pointing me in the right direction should anyone know. I do like using Running boards, but I always felt like they were just not work it for the price they charge.

I won't be going full ham on this build with the tundra, like I did with the tacoma, still gotta detail that puppy and put her up for sale which is hard to do but it is time to pass her onto another, whom will continue the memories.

    Lots of stuff!
I made my own steps with my fabricators help. They aren't like anything on the market.

I didn't want the added weight of sliders so we made mine out tubular stainless steel and ran them full length (I have a 6.5' bed CM).

They are perfect for my needs and allow that extra step at the back (in front of the rear tire) for me to reach things.

As far as sliders go, they would just need ssome work but I am sure this is something that could be put together.

Where are you located and what are the truck details that you are getting?

Northern AB, picked up my 2024 limited trd off-road here Saturday.

bought a set of go rhino, but they sent me the wrong version for 2021 tundra and not 2024. Working thru that, but since we are working thru that I’m looking at other options, and I quite liked my sliders, still do on my taco, but I won’t be doing the crazy stuff I use to do. More forestry roads/light off-roading. So sliders aren’t necessarily needed, but I always liked the look of them.

I started looking for sliders but at 100 lbs, and still unable to fill the extra length from the cab to the back wheel, which just looked unfinished to me, I started looking at doing these locally. The sliders on the market all seem to deal with the shorter bed and just sit under the cab.

The ones we made are lighter duty and only about 20 lbs. I can't see this truck crawling anytime soon.

I also didn't want to deal with the rust that most of these will show after a short time on the truck.
