    I've been using Rock Auto for years and for the most part, really like their service and selection. However, I've noticed that some of their distribution centers poorly package the items and they arrive damaged, especially on the heavier items.

    Much of this is obviously the result of FedEx's handling too. However, when you are shipping out two heavy rotors, maybe use more than just one side of shipping tape, or split the boxes up. Unfortunately, I had to send a set of shocks back last year for the same issue.

    I got shipped out some rotors from Toyota a few years ago, and their packaging was top notch, it felt super light, yes 1 box 2 rotors, once I opened it where I didn't want to it weighed a ton...

    Anyway, I bought a radiator from Rockauto and if it wasn't double boxed I would have sent it back, since it looked like it was attacked by 2 dogs playing tug of war along with dipping a corner in water. Since then I'm starting to wane myself off. If I can pick it up that would be best.

    Happy to report that the second box from the other distribution center arrived in much better condition.
