Brutal loss

 

Goodness.... 2023 was supposed to be better. Off to a rocky start

 

Just tragic. Ken was 55.

 

WTF?!?! All that crazy shit in the car only to die on a snowmobile?

 

Just awful news. Tragic for anyone to lose their life in an accident but when someone who has touched so many lives and, by all accounts, was a pretty good person, it's just tough to take. God bless the family, friends, and fans as each deals with their loss.

 

Really really sad. The guy just seemed to excell at life in every possible way.

This happened 20 minutes from my house and when I first heard it was a sledding accident my mind went straight to avalance. Its bad right now in Utah

On the bright side for him he went out doing what he loved. That said, it’s Too bad he was so young when it happened and left his family without a husband and father.

 

Ugh, not gonna lie this one hits hard. Myself and probably a lot of guys and gals on here lived vicariously though crazy Ken Block and all the cool shit he got to do because well…he was good at it and had the ridiculous amounts of money to afford to do whatever he wanted all the while being a grounded, humble guy who by all appearances loved his family dearly and influenced millions of people around the world to follow their dreams. He just took a step back from racing and stunts a few years back to spend more time with his family, the dude was only 55. Helps remind me tomorrow isn’t promised, spend time with your loved ones, the money and other stresses don’t matter. Spend the time, have the fun, make the memories

Steep terrain and the sled flipped on top of him.

 

Our neighborhood in the Salt Lake Valley had the fourth most snowfall in the state. The top three were ski resorts. I measured 15+ inches at our home with this storm.

 

This one is a tough one for sure. I turned off the traction control in the Tundra on my way to work and let it slide a few times. RIP legend.

Yep, this sucks. Guy was such an amazing talent and always struck me as a pretty humble dude.

I just realized who he was and what he has done!! That’s a dang shame!! Him, Jeff Beck, and Lisa Marie! there is never a guarantee for a tomorrow!! Sad!!
