This can't be right.. it's slamming against the bottom of the windshield grill. Or at least it seems like it
I'm wondering if I can take the wipers off and rotate them one notch up?
    Is that possible?
Is the wiper blade post like a star where you can put it on at different angles?
    If not any other ideas?
    Unbearable
Tried to post a video but apparently I have to post it to You Tube first which is crazy

    It's good
You should be able to pull it and re align it. Flip up the cover and see the bolt where the wiper attaches to the stud. I just glanced at this, might have to remove the cowl.

Your bushings may be toast. You can try the readjustment, but there's some poly bushings between parts that can get old, dry and brittle and fall apart.

Unlikley. If you rotate the wiper arm upwards to avoid hitting the bottom sill, you'll probably end up now striking the window sill on the side when the wiper is a the other end of its arc. That's what I was experiencing. Either slap the bottom or slap the side. My solution was to install a wiper blade that was one inch shorter.

I replaced my factory wiper "transmission" which is the arms under the cowl from the wiper motor to the blades. I have slap both directions now. Should have went OEM.....
