Ridgid Industries LED's slow to turn on.

I have a 20 inch Ridgid Industries light bar that is very slow to come on, if it comes on at all.

The bar is several years old, and there has always been a hesitation of a few seconds before the lights come on, but now the hesitation is of very long duration; sometimes they don't come on all.

Other times they will come on like normal, after a short hesitation.

For Arizona, we've been having some cold weather. Could this be temperature related?

If you are the original purchaser, just shoot a video of the issue and send them an email with the original receipt. They are very good at warranty claims (as long as you have the original receipt).
