Slow day at work so I thought I would post this as the Recons are starting to make their debut in the market. The Recons are coming out with additional sizes, but the biggest change as of now it that you have the option of getting the Recon 295/70 in a standard load at 52 lbs.

Subbing because I am looking at these in 37x11.5r17 and will be curious about user feedback.

Hopefully Nitto will not be the only manufacturer to offer SL or maybe C load in 295/70 or 285/75.....companies would sell a ton of them for half tons and SUVs vs E load. E load is way to much for 99% of half ton trucks. Hope Nitto sells a bunch of them and it spurs others to offer more load range options better suited for light duty trucks.

checked DT, recons are just under $50 buck more (each) than same size wildpeaks, and I thought wildpeaks had gotten pricey. And that was E load recons, DT does not show them available in SL. Tire rack also only shows them in E load, and priced more than DT, just under 4 bills each$$$

May be a bit before SL shows up, did find one company, priority tire, that had SL in stock. Never used that vendor so no idea where the stores for them are, none in my area that I am aware of.
