Replaced shocks and struts and it still rides rough. My buddies Tundra with 300k rides better than mine with 173k. What else can I do to to fix it? It just takes bumps harder than it should. Any advice would much appreciated!

I hated my stock shocks. Bilstein 5100's gave me the ride quality I like.

I went with OME shocks and it was improved. Similar to the Bilsteins.

You may also want to compare the weight of the two truck. Add some weight to get to the 1/3 to middle of the travel range and it will likely feel a little smoother. Given that, make sure you get the right shocks for how you use your truck.

I just installed 5100 Bilstein’s and the ride improved 100%. I’ve used KYB’s in the past and they were always a stiff shock.
