I have a 2011 tss crewmax. I have an aftermarket head unit and want to move the reverse camera to it. I need a wiring diagram so I know which wires to tap. Any help would be appreciated.

What brand headunit do you have?

I don’t have any of the links but search around on google “tundra rearview camera to aftermarket headunit” and you’ll find not only diagrams but a couple YouTube videos. There’s 3 wires in the drivers side a pillar to tap in to.
    You’ll also need a 6v to 12v converter.
The OE camera is 6v where as an AM headunit will send 12v and it won’t work properly.

I had 10 tabs open with all the info on my computer from a couple weeks ago but it crashed the other day. Lol

I have a Kenwood system, and it has the RCA jack to receive the rearview camera line, but I also had to run a second wire to the reverse taillight. That activates the screen when you throw it in reverse. Just installed a new tailgate camera and handle couple of weeks ago. Bit of a pain in the ass to run the wires, at least my truck is lifted enough to get under it.
