I've had a nagging vibration that started back in the spring. When I got my new tires and wheels in February, it rode smooth as silk

I've been having a problem with a clunk for some time and then started getting a vibration. Had a bad carrier bearing and replaced my entire driveshaft including spicer u-joints and carrier bearing due to a machine shop apparently mauling the drive shaft previously making it unserviceable. That got rid of the clunk and the vibration improved, but did not go away

tires have been checked multiple times and they are in balance
I'm still going back through my records, but at the moment the only other thing I recall at that time was I had new rotors and calipers installed, and I also replaced the steering rack

The tire shop has repeatedly checked the balance and said it was fine. I don't believe this was the issue but I was gonna get a road force Balance just to eliminate that and then maybe check the driveshaft to be sure it is balanced. So the shop I took it to that does road Force balancing offered to do a free alignment check first since that machine was available and it would be a few hours before the balancing machine was available

It's barely been 500 miles since the last alignment and I believe the caster was right around 2.1
    They came up with this:

they said they couldn't even adjust that and I apologize but I can't recall the specifics other than they would have to disassemble part of the front end.

this just sounds like too big of a jump from what it was just 500 miles ago

    I'm envious of that caster.

Have you checked the tires for cupping?

Alternately, even if it's just for the sake of temporary testing, do you have another set of wheels you could toss on it to take out for a quick 10-20 mile drive, and avoid trying to figure out if the current tires are cupped?

I believe one 2oz weight on one wheel took care of the vibration

Was surprised but they showed me they could not adjust the caster any closer to 2.8 without aftermarket UCA's because the cams were maxed out

On the plus side - with that much caster I believe I can put the front mud-flaps back on. Hopefully the pinch weld mods wont be a problem
