I ordered a set of fog lights on eBay that had the most positive reviews and that were compatible. Do I have to run these to a switch in the cab or is there a way to tie them into the regular headlights so when I turn on those all four lights will come on instead? I just kind of don't feel like messing with the dash and having to add a switch. And my 2007 does not have a setting on the current light stalk.

You can use a relay and a fuse tap......fuse # 29 or 30 low beam fuse (under hood fuse box).....is used to trigger the relay and will turn on the fog lights with the low beams. That wouldn't be my preference, but it can be done.
