Just bought a 2010 RCSB. As with any used vehicle, there are issues. This is a very base model, no carpet, no power windows/locks/mirrors, but it does have the 4.6 v8.

Anyway, trying to clean up the wires for amp prior and a crazy door lock that only works on driver side, but no remote.

decided to buy a basic remote and 2 lock actuators on Amazon. Decided to clean up and remove existing alarm system along with lots of wires. As i ran out of time this afternoon, decided to clean up and drive it back to the garage. It now won’t start.

so before putting panels back, there were 3 wires from the bottom side of steering column that I had disconnected earlier. Assume it’s to the ignition. There were 2 larger gauge wires and 1 smaller one. So can I assume the 2 big wires is what split the wire from ignition to starter? If so, if I just connect the 2 large wires, would that complete the connection to start it? Just didn’t want to fry any wires as electrical is always a challenge. And what about the 3rd smaller wire?
