Had a rude awakening this morning when I found out Toyota has discontinued the throttle body for the 2002 3.4L Tundra, specifically model/part number 22210-62220. I was made aware of this directly from the Toyota Dealer in Hawaii. Has anyone found an aftermarket replacement?

Here in the continental US we have salvage yards. If you don't have any in HI or access to any, you'll end up paying shipping as there are a plethora of the available on fleabay and even from LKQ.

aside from like mentioned above, wrecking yards and getting shipped to you, but wasnt this the same 3.4 used in tacomas and 4runners ? Wouldnt the throttle body be the same ? Might help with the search

I did, I'm looking to the future, wondering if the “refurbished” are cleaned up or rebuilt and if rebuilt is there a kit for that
