On my tacoma, I ran OME rear leaf packs and really liked them.

I haul a 24' boat from time to time and spend alot of time off road on Moderate trails and whoops.

I have a decked and dog box (150lbs) in my truck bed most of the time.

What is a good replacement leaf pack?

I had OME on previous vehicles and always liked them too.

I have a similar load as you, decked with a fiberglass topper. I still have stock springs with the RAS system, HD, cranked up to having both washers slide in snuggly. Ended up getting all the rear height back plus about 1/4". Ride is very good.

Goal on this truck is to not lift it, so i was hesitant on just tossing on a set of OME rear leafs. This solution seems to be working very well so far.

I have a 3" lift currently so that ship has sailed.

I have the stage 1 icon RXT pack. With a fiberglass topper, decked, and 2 gunner kennels with ~40lb shorthair and griff I sit dead level. I will likely reconfigure the spring pack to be stage 2, or upgrade to the Deaver U748 to get some rake back. The icon leaf pack is a bit squeakier than the deavers I had on my Tacoma. I've seen a fix that involves lining the leafs with bicycle inner tube, so I may try that first.

Love my Deaver U748 packs. My truck is a fat pig and they handle it all day.

Standard load is my ARE canopy, bedslide, a box full of basic tools and gear in the bed, and a 50 liter Dometic full of cold ones.

I tow regularly, whether it is a 20’ flatbed weighing as much as 7,600# or my 25’ travel trailer.

I have about 55K miles on the springs now and they’re still beautiful. Mostly on the road, but I don’t hesitate to bomb through some rough roads or mild whoops.
