Along my Learn-By-Breaking-It-First journey:frusty:, I was doing the paracord handle mod and broke off a mounting tab for one of the the passenger grab handle plastic bolt covers.
Can’t seem to find OEM replacements at online Toyota parts site.
Any novel ideas or know where I can get replacements?

Since you probably won’t remove the grab handle ever again for the life of your truck, I suggest that you use several, very small dabs of clear silicone caulk at spots around the lip. Use a piece of painters blue masking tape to hold it there for a day and call it good.
It could still be removed later if required

I've broken mine as well. Only seen them as part of the handle. Mine will stay in place for the most part but occasionally pops out. It's still tethered to the handle, just not locking in the way it should. You could try some tape caulk that way it's removable.
