I replaced headlights, with leveling, and did not replace or change anything with the fog lights.. the passenger side, both headlight and fog light are both noticeably brighter than the driver's side. My guess is a ground, but if anyone has any helpful suggestions I would much appreciate the input.... ~Kate

Loose plug maybe? Does passenger flicker at all when driving if you hit a bump?
You could unplug and then reconnect all the plugs on both sides to be sure. Look back along wires and check them all. Bulbs too.

Are all bulbs new? Or at least the same age?

No flickering or anything. Everything headlight wise is brand new, housing, bulbs, etc. Tried unplugging reconnecting, still brighter.
