Has anyone replaced the Toyota 86120-YY211 (Denso DNNS061, NSCD-W12U-B on the front) with a modern android head unit?
I haven't seen this stock unit in any of the "if it it's this, it fits" images on sellers sites.

I ordered the Joying 10.1 E model and the cable harness isn't close. I'll see if Joying responds.

    TIA

You probably ended up with a Joying intended for the 2014-2021, whereas the 2013 and under's a different unit.

Dasaita has great options, and you can inspect the plugin connections behind them. Their mics are garbage though, so if you take calls / do voice recognition, don't expect that to work well, not without running something external. Otherwise, no complaints here.

I replaced mine with an ASure model that I bought on eBay, and have had mixed results.
The Tundra Limited has the JBL sound system, so the unit ties all the speakers and amps together, and sounds great, but the other issues are a challenge with a modern unit, since they are basically computers.

The things to look for when buying - make sure there is enough memory! I have a one or two second lag with most functions. Customer service in China is challenging with language barrier.

Better off spending an additional 300 bucks and getting a major brand from Best Buy or a local installer.

technically that radio design, the 2020 toyota 86 radio will plug in and work.. i have it in my 2005 tundra. its not perfect. but its nice having a factory radio with carplay/android auto in it
