How do you remove the wiper arms on a 2010 Tundra? I need to repaint them as both have faded spots. I also need to repaint the bolts that hold them on. I can remove the bolts just fine, but the wiper arms will not come off the bolt they are on.

I haven’t removed them on this truck but usually they are splined and press on. Once the nut is removed a good pull will get them off. Might want to loosely thread the nut back on to avoid hitting yourself in the head when the arm pops off!

I removed them to install the ditch lights brackets iirc or it might have been for something else but yeah, try to wiggle them and pull them out. I marked their position before I removed them.

Once you remove the nut that locks the arm on the post, try using a small two jaw puller (like a battery clamp puller) to remove the arm from the post.
