Hello all. I have a mess going here. I am nearly sick over the matter. Any help would be much appreciated. Here goes. Bought remote starter from 12 volt solutions. Followed install step by step. Worked once and now does not work. 2011 tundra is what I have. So before I give details of what is happens it does anyone have experience with this topic? Please help! I have my dash torn apart and bad weather is coming.

Do you have a cutout in the circuit?
My 2003 Tundra came with remote start. There seems to be a button on the dash that basically shuts off the feature. I think it's the cargo lamp switch, but haven't looked too closely at it yet. (Too many burned out bulbs in my dash, I randomly hit the wrong buttons. Still figuring out my 'new' truck.)

I am unsure if there is a cutout in circuit. When I installed the remote starter it worked one time. The first time it worked great. Then after that installed the phone app portion. Then nothing worked. When I push the lock button three times the yellow parking lights flash four times and then nothing happens except the truck will actually unlock itself beep like I have hit the unlock button on keypad but I didn’t. It is driving me crazy.

Could a fuse have blown or a wire got loose?

I don’t think so but obviously I’m not the authority of the matter. All the lights and stuff are consistent with video.

I had a wire crimp come loose, I crimped it to tight and broke the wire. It took a few day to come completely apart and show a problem.

Your problem sounds like it has something to do with the app, can you take the wireless stuff out? I don’t have the wireless so I don’t know anytabout it.

Yeah I took that stuff off. When I hit the lock button three times the parking lights flash four times and then it double beeps and unlocks driver door. When I first hooked it all up it worked great once then from there on won’t do anything.
