The OEM rocker panels for Regular Cab, part number 61411-0C020 and 61412-0C020, are discontinued. I haven’t found any source for these in the U.S.

    • Does anyone know a way of sourcing these, possibly from overseas?

    • Is there an aftermarket patch panel? I’ve searched and I see some for the Access Cab. Any chance I could just cut it shorter for the regular cab?

If the answer for a base model with rocker panels rusted through is just “learn to fabricate,” well, fine, but I’d love to pay for something that helps me do a better job.

If you could source the OEM from overseas, it would be through Amayama or Partsouq.

I think the bigger issue is, if your rockers are fucked, knowing how often the frames typically rust out and crack 10x faster than the body panels, I'd be worried about the frame. Parts of it may look fine, if you don't know where to look, but ....

If you're looking for aftermarket, click here for 2003 just know I can't vouch for any of them, but they exist. fleaBay has a few but most are showing as crew cab or access cab, not RC.

Your easiest and cheapest bet here is cutting what you need off a donor truck.

Well, good news. The discontinued outer rockers on my truck are doing better than I remembered. It’s the inner rocker or “reinforcement rocker” that has rusted through (parts
    61418-0C030 and
    61419-0C030, I believe).

My local dealer parts department sent my this fiche based on my VIN:

The *actual* rocker panels, 61412 and 61411, are a bit delaminated along their lower edge, and probably badly pitted inside, but they are not perforated. I’m pretty confident they won’t need replacing.

Here are the holes in the inner / reinforcement rockers.

That frame looks pretty good in comparison. I’m surprised you or the prior owner didn’t do anything to protect the rocker panel as well. Hopefully your bed isn’t rusted through as well.

Good to hear they have the part.

The bed actually is rusted through, but I’m less concerned about that. Simple geometry, seems like I could patching it without any fancy parts
