When I decided on getting a 2-door Tundra, I had no idea that they are so exceptionally rare!!
Not sure if I'll leave mine stock, or do dual pipes + wheels etc. to make it a 381hp street rod.
    Any suggestions?

Good shocks, good tires, & good brakes.

then loud pipes and a trans controller/tuner.

What does the 'trans controller/tuner' add?

Like a flappy paddle behind the steering wheel or up/down toggle to make manual mode easier. My titan has a toggle on the shift lever, way useful with traffic, and the factory settings lug & kill power for emissions or whatever, but hold each gear a little longer, appreciate it, then shift and let each gear, deliberately chosen, will never disappoint. When you get good at it, if you trick the intake temp to thinking its cold, you can get a little backlash.

Dirty Deeds exhaust, rear sway bar if not installed already, stiffer suspension as others mentioned.

I have a 4x4 rcsb like you and it's a little rocket ship, traction is the main enemy..So depending on the vision of your build you can get some grippy tires. Nitto's 305/50-55/20's NTR555II or 420V seem like the grippiest we can get..which is my route when I get a Supercharger.

I added 22" Black Rhino wheels and flat broad sticky street tires (can't remember the specs off hand). Look great, accelerates above 20 mph without spin, and corners hard. Love this truck and setup

Also added dual exhaust (two separate pipes and mufflers back from the manifolds) made by a local manufacturer (Barrie, Ontario) and they sound great. 120,000 km on the truck so far. Love it.
