Can anyone tell me what the red fluid is? Is it engine coolant or grease. Do I need to replace my water pump?

I'm going with a coolant leak on the front of your engine. Sometimes they're difficult to trace back to the origin.
Keep us posted with your results.

Well gravity makes things flow down and it looks like the highest it goes is your water pump pulley my guess is your water pump. most have a weep hole. some water. pumps leak all the time, some when hot some when cold

    Some.
Pink fluid with a white residue. Coolant. Looks like a new water pump may be in order.

I didn’t think of water pump weep holes. Thanks
