    I have a 2000 Tundra (4.7L) with 213k miles.
Not a lot of service history, I’m the 3rd owner. Previous owner had it for 8 years and did only the most basic maintenance. First thing I did was Timing belt/water pump/thermostat.

She has an exhaust leak on the drivers side manifold. I’ve priced headers and they can be installed by a shop in Seattle (Stan’s Headers) for roughly the quote for one exhaust manifold from a local shop. I’d like to go the header route, just need to wait until I have the funds.

It seems relatively inexpensive to replace plugs/coil packs so that is something I may do this spring. Is there any other items that would be a good idea to do at this mileage interval?

Here's something to think about. This scenario happened with my brother's V8 Tundra several years ago.
It's the only unscheduled maintenance issue he's had in 225K miles.

At 20 years and that mileage I would replace LBJs (OEM only)and as mentioned above, the radiator (Denso, best value). Replace all diff/trans case oil (if it's 4x4). Lube the whole driveline. Clean the intake ...guaranteed it's filthy. I would run seafoam in the oil (1 ounce per qt of oil) for 50-100 miles and then change to high mileage synthetic oil.

Since you are doing the LBJs I would look at other front end parts that are wear items like tie-rod ends and steering rack bushings.

    Welcome!
