Took 5hr at Toyota of the desert in Palm Springs CA. I don't think they knew what they were doing. I hate being a tester for them. Seemed like I was the first. They said 2hr max. I watched my truck start and stop over and over again on the app. I'm happy it never left the dealership. These kids can't wait to test drive tour truck. It's for some issues with the back up camera. I didn't have that issue , but was told it needed to be done.

I had mine done on Tuesday. Took my dealer about 1.5hr to do the recall. They said had some issue downloading. Recall procedure calls for 0.7 hrs. So not too bad.

My dealership was able to perform the software update, plus a few other warranty items, in 3 hours. I imagine going in for the software update alone would take a lot less time. I also know that I was first owner to come in for this recall so it might be even faster now that they have the update downloaded.
