Recall notice disappeared from app

    So I got to the Toyota dealership to do recall (epb and fuel line) work this morning and the guy checking me in said “there are no recalls”. I pulled up the app and I have a blue check mark that says no recalls. What the heck???? He ended up calling someone else over and seeing the recalls. They said they don’t have a permanent fix yet for the fuel line so I guess I will have to bring it back a second time. What a pain. Anyone else still seeing the recalls? Do they disappear when you schedule an appointment?

    I haven’t have not call dealer to set up date or gone in. Recall is still on my my app.

    Assuming this was this morning, I think their app is having issues. I've tried to open it twice and it yelled at me for having a slow internet connection....um no. I haven't been able to sign in all day.

    I have had the recall notices on my phone for a month at least.

    The recalls do show up when I run my vin.

    And now they are showing up again. Must be a glitch in the matrix.

    Oh someone else came over and got it figured out. The aggravating part is I dropped it off at 9:00, they didn't give me a loaner, and I still have no ETA on when it will be done.
