I installed sway bar hoping that might cure wheel hop, sway bar did help pulling 10k lbs 5th wheel

I knocked off the cal-trac design for about $100 all in. No more wheel hop

When you are getting wheel hop do you have all of the nannies on or off? The auto lsd and traction control can wreak havoc on solid launches and burn outs.

I hung the leaf packs under my axle... wheel hop & axle wrap went away.

They’re off, axle wraps anywhere, I carry at least 600lbs. of tools/shell all the time. I’m thinking complete leaf spring replacement is in order

We have the same setup and but I might be carrying a few hundred pounds over yours. My rear is Bilstein 5100, TRD swaybar, Firestone Air Rite 35psi, 10ply tires 40-45psi. My '16 had OEM shocks and Air lift 35psi with no rear swaybar 44psi tire preasure. I always make my air springs softer than the tires. I may upgrade to a better rear shocks due to the payload I carry. The 5100 rebound is not tuned for airbags in my opinion, but way better than the OEM. I might go with the 5160 at first. Or find a larger diameter piston shocks.
