Rear view mirror upgrade 2025 SR5

    Hey everyone.
    I am buying a 2026 Crewmax SR5, but it only comes with a standard manual rearview mirror - unlike my 2019 Taco SR5 TRD. Has anyone actually done a rear view mirror upgrade on their 2025? Want to upgrade it to the OEM auto dimming rearview/ garage door opener mirror, but I do not know if there is a harness pre-installed or not, or if I have to hire someone to run wire for the replacement mirror. Toyota is not helpful as the mirror upgrade is not “part of the SR5 accessories”

    Here is what I did if you’re interested. Mine came with basic mirror too.


    It’s kinda plug and play but some work to get it there.
