Rear view mirror camera connection to Pioneer receiver?

    Is it possible to connect my OEM rearview mirror camera to my Pioneer DMH-W4660NEX receiver? I just purchased this stereo and am thinking if this can be done.

    Yes, I still have the stock OEM camera working.
