Question for all you suspension guru's. Can you run an extended length shock (ADS, Kings, etc..) in the rear if all you have is a 3/4" to 1.5" shackle on the rear? Or does the lack of a new leaf kit with lift in it mean one should stay on standard length shock?

    Thanks in advance!

    Alot of them
Run the Toytec Boss shocks. They were designed for a 0 to 2 inch rear lift but now their site says 1 to 3 inch. Give them a call...they will help you and confirm.

The toytec boss shocks are going to be for a minimum of a 1 inch of lift all the way up to 3. So if you put the shackles at 1.5 you are good to go.

Went ahead and got in on the ADS group buy, went with standard length shocks for now. Once I have enough $$ i'll trade in for extended and grab a Deaver-U748 leaf pack, but for now I'm just going to run a toytec shackle in the rear to fix the ride height in the back.
