I have a 2003 Toyota tundra 4.7 v8 4wd that needs the rear end replaced and I'm needing to know what other vehicles have compatibility for this.

What cab configuration do you have. Regular cab/access cab or a double cab?

You need to find another access cab or regular cab with the same gear ratio. Are you replacing due to rust or something else? If rust you can use one off any access/regular cab and just swap your differential over. If your differential is bad you'll need to find the same gear ratio since it is 4wheel drive.

Double cab axles are too wide and sequoia axles have coil spring suspension and would require very extensive modification.

I'm not sure about Tacoma axles but I think there may be some differences.
